Once again, we're leaving a place we really love but we need to keep moving west and our next stop will be at Labuan Bajo which is the city at the entrance to Komodo National Park (yep, the big dragons!). At 4 degrees south of the equator, there is not that much wind so we motored for most of the way and had to keep a watchful eye out for fishing nets. The passage had some moments of being able to put out the big A3 sail and enjoy how it performs in the light winds but when the winds turned to be directly on the nose, we had to just motor along in still water. A nice passage putting us in the harbour of Labuan Bajo anchored next to a number of traditional Indonesian Phinisi boats that take tourists out to the Park.

We'll pick up a little fuel, provisions and get some time off the boat in 'the big city'!
