Well folks he was fine, sort of, at least for a few days after his fall into the rear lazerette hatch last Tuesday. But just after we arrived here in Lanzarote he was moving around and OUCH! The hospital X-ray revealed he'd actually fractured a rib clean through so after some deliberations between Art and Giamma, Art's made the very difficult choice to fly on and meet us in Antigua.
I'll be staying on as passage cook, we have a new crew member "Jonsi" arriving today. We are all very sad about this! It's definitely dampened the mood on board, but we all look forward to a happy reunion in Antigua where Carmen and Art will be waiting together, grandi abbracci per tutti!!
