2017 Total Statistics

This map shows all the passages taken during 2017. In January we were in Brisbane, Australia doing our off-season maintenance during the Pacific cyclone season. By the end of April we were departing from Brisbane for New Caledonia. Unfortunately, a week after we arrived, Cyclone Donna decided to drop by and we headed for a 'huricane hole' to ride out the storm. After a lot of wind and rain we came out of the storm with everything intact and we proceeded to have a terrific season in New Caledonia and then onto Vanuatu which we enjoyed tremendously. Then it was back down to New Zealand for major refit work and preparation for the 2018 season. It was a great season!!
