Once we arrived in Fisterra, we found a fantastic bay to anchor in with sweeping vistas of sand beach and a really nice village filled with terrific restaurants. As this was the end point of the Camino Pilgrimage Trail, it was overflowing with tourists. Tracy and I had a nice lunch and a long walk on the beach.
The next morning we moved the yacht over to the public dock (which was free but had no power or water connection). It made it easier to get into town for activities. Andrea and Naty took a taxi to the Cape where the Camino Trail ended and found lots of joyous and tired people there celebrating their 800 km pilgrimage. We were all glad we arrived via sailing yacht instead of walking!
