I bet you are getting tired of hearing this but another narrow entrance to a beautiful bay. At the entrance the depth was 5 meters and we had a little over 1 meter clearance on both sides. Certainly not an entrance you would undertake with any swell or wind but we made it in easily and knew the forecast was good for the next few days to allow us to depart when we wanted.
Once inside the entrance we anchored in the center of the bay and took a look around. The shoreline was packed with summer homes and people enjoying the late afternoon sunshine. Several people shouted we we not anchored in good holding and we should tie up to the dock however they didn't realize we had 2.7 meters of keel under us and the dock was in 2 meters of water. Despite their concern we held just fine for the night and left early the next morning to continue our way north.
