It was a very long passage in particular because we felt we had to stay in the 20m depth profile as that was the recommendation to lessen the possibility of having Orca attack our rudder. After all these years of sailing in all the oceans of the world, it's surreal to worry about a sea creature attacking our yacht but here we are. We watched the reports daily to see where the pack of rouge Orcas are and plan our passage accordingly.

Once we got to Cadiz we had to go fairly far into the bay to find a location for the night. We tried a few places on for size and settled on one close to the bridge. As it turned out, it was a great anchorage. Perfect depth, quiet and no swell. I'd stay here again for an overnight but I'm sure there are better places where you can get off the yacht to explore Cadiz.
