After our passage from the Spanish mainland, we reached the island of Formentera. The main town, Sant Francesc, is where everyone wants to be as it is heaving with restaurants, shops and activities. We grabbed a nice anchorage along the main beach just north of the city and took the tender in for the day to explore a bit. We found a terrific restaurant for lunch and got in without a reservation (unheard of in peak summer months). At this time of the year (late September) most of the tourist had already left we really enjoyed our stopover.
